Back to preliminary programme NeWater web portal for knowledge dissemination An important challenge for research projects is to bridge the gap between science and policy and to disseminate project results for potential application in practice. For this purpose, the NeWater portal presents guidance, tools and experiences on the concept of adaptive water management to professionals in water management. The portal is integrated in the WISE-RTD web portal, which aims at becoming the central node for knowledge transfer concerning water management in the EU. In this session, the portal will be presented so that water managers, scientists and water policy makers can experience the use of the portal for their issues.
