 NeWater General Assembly 2007/2008
In a nutshell: The NeWater General Assembly 2007/2008 took place close to the Nile basin in Egypt from 25th – 29th February 2008. The Nile is one of seven NeWater case study basins. The selection of synthesis products was the central objective of the meeting. Various research results have been discussed within working groups and the plenary to be selected as synthesis products for policy makers, practitioners, stakeholders, and researchers. Synthesis products will go beyond usual projects deliverables and will go into a concerted promotion and dissemination process. In an iterative process eleven suggestions have finally been taken up.
